Plastic Free Menorca Alliance
PescArt Menorca is one of the projects promoted by the Plastic Free Menorca Alliance, which is made up of various Menorca entities with an important track record in the protection and preservation of the environment and which, through the Alliance, add forces and knowledge to fight against plastic pollution. The driving entity of the Alliance is Menorca Preservation.
Menorca Preservation
Menorca Preservation is a foundation registered in the Registry of Foundations of the Balearic Islands and established in November 2017 (number 100000000374). It raises funds locally and internationally from people and companies that have strong connections with the island. These funds contribute towards local projects within three work pillars: Sea, Land and Energy, with the aim of protecting and preserving the environment of Menorca, as well as its unique natural beauty.
We firmly believe that supporting and reinforcing local initiatives is the way to create a significant positive impact and help contribute to the sustainable change that Menorca needs to preserve its spectacular environment.
